Kirsten DiChiappari is the founder of tcg, (also known as The Chatter Group and The ChatHer Group) a collaborative consulting agency headquartered in Rhode Island. Ms. DiChiappari established the organization in 2006 to support the needs of businesses and individuals who sought her expertise and advice on the growing area of online marketing and networking solutions.
Ms. DiChiappari is a consultant to the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation, the Rhode Island Small Business Development Center, the Small Business Association, and several local Chambers of Commerce where she teaches classes about Social Media and works with clients to create a practical strategy for their engagement online.
Through tcg, Ms. DiChiappari has engaged with clients from a variety of industries, including finance, health and wellness, automotive, and political. She has been quoted in several pieces for East Bay Newspapers and Ivanhhoe Broadcasting on the issues of teens and technology, and recently conducted a television interview for WPRI/Fox Providence on the dangers of Facebook in one’s employment.
Ms. DiChiappari is a member of the Board of Directors for the East Bay Chamber of Commerce and was awarded the Outstanding Chamber Service Award in 2008 for which she received citations from both the RI House of Representatives and the RI Senate.
Prior to forming tcg, Ms. DiChiappari spent more than a decade in Human Resources Management for organizations including financial services, high-tech, higher education and non-profits. She holds a BA in American Studies from Providence College and a MSM in HR Management from Lesley University. She currently resides in Bristol, Rhode Island.
